Mike Forness

Mike came to Ronald McDonald House Charities from the Health Improvement Partnership in September 2003. He previously was with Deaconess Medical Center as a program manager for more than a decade. He has 25 years' experience in health care administration, marketing, fund raising and strategic planning.  Mike has a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.  He enjoys traveling with his wife Jacquie.

Marti D'Agostino

After 13 years as Executive Director of Children's Miracle Network joined the Ronald McDonald House team. She is a previous RMHC board member, as well as having served on the following boards: Women Helping Women, Goodwill Industries, Leadership Spokane, Spokane Symphony Associates, Red Cross. Marti's extensive experience in fund raising and events produces first class RMHC benefits like the Cobra Roofing Polo Classic, the Carousel Community Art Project and the RMHC Classic basketball game with Gonzaga.

Kathie Vlahovich

Kathie came to the House as a Volunteer when the House opened in 1978. She has a medical background and worked previously at Deaconess Medical Center. With her nursing background she became very aware of the need to provide a compassionate home like atmosphere for families traveling to Spokane seeking medical care for their children. Kathie was very involved in implementing the House addition and the Family Rooms at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital.

Kathie is married and has 3 grown children 5 grandchildren and 2 golden retrievers. She enjoys spending time with her husband at Pend Oreille Lake during the summer and cross country skiing and snow shoeing in the winter. She is also an avid Gonzaga Basketball fan and freely admits to following the New York Yankees.

Jim Smith

Jim comes to the Ronald McDonald House from the City of Spokane. He retired from the City after 32  years of service as a civil engineer. Jim also is retired from the military after serving 22 years in the Army Reserves. He served as a Relief House Manager from 1996 to 2000. Along with his wife, Jim enjoys traveling, visiting the grandkids. In his spare time Jim loves to read and rebuild old computers.

Courtney Paul

Courtney came to the Ronald McDonald House as a volunteer while attending the Social Work program at EWU. She is a childhood cancer survivor and knows all too well the strain having an ill child puts on a family, both emotionally and financially. Courtney volunteered at the House for over a year, became a Relief Manager and soon took on the title of Coordinator for the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. Courtney thoroughly enjoys her position at the Family Rooms and appreciates the great need that the Ronald McDonald House Charities fills for families going through very similar situations as her family once did.

Melanie Ullrich

Melanie joined the staff as Resident Night Manager in November 2002 after spending several months as a volunteer. She moved to Spokane from the Tri cities, where she worked at a McDonald's restaurant for five years and at the Kennewick offices of Adams Tri Cities Enterprises, the local McDonald's owner/operator, for seven years.

Jodi Clutter

As a Spokane native, and with a Psychology degree from the Washington State University, Jodi worked twenty years in health care. Her experience includes duties as case counselor, case manager, managed care specialist, organizational development and assistant department manager. Prior to coming to Ronald McDonald House in June of 2008, she enjoyed the full time "position" of wife and mom with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. With a large number of family members in the Spokane area, she understands the importance FAMILY. Believing that Ronald McDonald House is "All About Families", she is very proud and humbled to be working with such an amazing team and for this incredible organization.

Debbie Fucile

An Oregon native, Debbie and her family moved to Spokane in 1992. She served as a volunteer at Ronald McDonald House before becoming Volunteer Coordinator in 2007. Debbie's professional background includes several years at Jantzen Sportswear in Portland, Oregon as well as serving as Sales and Marketing Manager for a Portland media production firm. She served as Volunteer Coordinator at Moran Prairie School, volunteered for over 20 years for the America's Junior Miss Scholarship Program and was active in Ferris High School's Ham on Regal productions. Debbie is married and has one son.

Denise Weber

Denise joined our staff in May 2007. She comes with several years experience as a bank teller and branch manager in private industry and eight years working at the Wing Staff level in the Air Force. She loves the mission of our organization and you'll find her assisting wherever she can. Denise is married with two young daughters. In her spare time, she loves to travel with family and play golf. Denise is also a avid runner.

Theresa Norman

A former LPN, Theresa started as a volunteer in 1999 then joined the staff as a Weekend Relief Manager in 2001. On March 1, 2006 she joined the staff full time as House Assistant. Theresa is originally from upstate New York (Jamestown). She loves helping people and is very excited to be a team member of the Ronald McDonald House. When not at work, she enjoys being with her Beta Sigma Phi Sorority sisters, investment club and spending time with her three sons and grandsons. As time allows, Theresa enjoys gardening and knitting.

Judi Jolley

Judi moved from Boise, Idaho to Spokane a few years ago. Most of her life in Boise was dedicated to raising three boys and three girls while keeping books for a commercial print company. She is delighted to be working for the Ronald McDonald House and is looking forward to assisting wherever she can. During her free time, she enjoys being with her grandchildren and loves sewing, crafts and scrap-booking.

Savannah Johnson

Savannah started out volunteering for the Family Rooms at Providence Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital in 2005 and became a weekend relief manager for the Ronald McDonald House a year later. After working at the House as a relief manager for several years she has recently returned to the Family Rooms as a Family Room Assistant as well as continuing to serve the House as a Relief Manager each month. Savannah is married, has a six year old daughter and two small twin boys. Savannah enjoys spending time with her family and thoroughly enjoys her work with the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
